From the 1968 classic "Planet of the Apes" comes this three (3)-piece ensemble, an original film costume worn by Frank Delfino as a juvenile chimpanzee. Included in the ensemble are: one (1) green linen tunic with three-quarter sleeves, a short standing collar, two brown faux-leather snap closure strips at and below the collar, and a maroon satin lining; and a pair of two (2) fabric character boots in the shape of chimpanzee feet with leather soles. The tunic retains the internal 20th Century Fox bias label and "F. Delfino" handwritten on the interior collar. The boots retain "WCC" handwritten on the interior. The items are in fair to good condition, with the tunic exhibiting fading throughout. The boots show signs of light fading and wear, with age-related cracks in the soles.
