FBI agent Frank McDina and New Orleans policeman Scott Bienvenu are assigned to investigate, but are having little luck. The murder fashions himself as a superhero, and the crime scenes indicate almost supernatural abilities, but this Costumed Hero is acting more like a serial killer. They must seek out their murderer amongst the corruption and the decadent traditions of New Orleans at Mardi Gras. Let les bon temps rouler.
