One of several characters played by George Hamilton, Bunny Wigglesworth is the flamboyant twin brother of Diego de la Vega (Hamilton). An original costume from "Zorro: The Gay Blade" (1981), this ensemble was worn by Hamilton when Bunny returns from a stint in the Royal Navy. The two (2)-piece, blue-and-cream wool military uniform includes one (1) bolero-cut, double-breasted jacket with wide lapels and golden metal anchor buttons at the front closure, cuffs, and back vents. Gold piping and braids embellish the back vents, cuffs, and lapels, with two board-and-braid epaulets at the shoulders. The ensemble also includes one (1) pair of matching cream silk pantaloons. The pantaloons retain the internal Western Costume bias label, typed, "George Hamilton." The items are in good condition, with slight wear and darkening in the jacket epaulets and minor pinholes in the reverse.
